Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Content Creator, based in the Pune Division. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include developing creative content strategies, producing multimedia content (text, graphics, and videos), analyzing content performance, and staying updated on digital trends to enhance audience engagement. The role also involves collaborating with a dynamic team to develop and deliver brand storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
Qualifications
- Content creation expertise, including writing, editing, and developing creative multimedia content such as blogs, articles, and social media posts
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, and understanding best practices for audience engagement
- Familiarity with tools and platforms for content editing, multimedia creation, and social media management
- Strong research skills and the ability to develop innovative content strategies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and proofreading expertise
- Ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively with a team, and adapt to feedback
- Experience in the coliving, hospitality, or coworking industry (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related field
