Job Overview:

We are hiring Content Creators (freshers or up to 1 year experience) who can create attention-grabbing, high-performing content for social media and brand promotions.
This role is not about posting random content — it’s about creating content that drives reach, engagement, and real business results. If you are not creative, consistent, or serious about growth, this role is not for you.

Core Responsibilities:

Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
Design and produce reels, short videos, posts, and promotional creatives
Write clear, catchy captions and marketing content
Follow trends and adapt them to promote 23Cabs effectively
Maintain a consistent posting schedule — no delays, no excuses
Collaborate with the team for campaigns, offers, and promotions
Track performance and continuously improve content strategy
Ensure all content aligns with brand image and business goals

What We Expect:
Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
Strong creativity — average content is not acceptable
Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) and design tools
Understanding of social media trends and algorithms
Ability to work fast and deliver content consistently
Self-driven mindset — you should bring ideas, not wait for them
Willingness to take feedback and improve quickly

Experience managing social media pages or personal content accounts
Basic knowledge of branding, marketing, or audience targeting
Experience with paid promotions or ad creatives
