Content Creator & Influencer Growth Specialist

We're looking for someone who understands that content = growth — and can execute fast, think fast, and deliver real results across Instagram and YouTube. And no, influencer marketing here is NOT just sending DMs. It's about cracking collaborations that actually drive ROI.
🎯 What You'll Do
🎥 Shoot high-volume content — Reels, YouTube Shorts & long-form YouTube videos
✂️ Edit scroll-stopping videos with strong hooks and retention-focused pacing, optimised separately for Instagram and YouTube
🤝 Identify, close & manage nano/micro influencers at scale — on both Instagram and YouTube — from outreach to ROI
📈 Own YouTube channel growth: drive subscribers and watch time through SEO-aware titles, thumbnails, and content calendars (not just uploading)
⚡ What We Expect
✅ 6 months – 1 year of hands-on content experience ✅ You've shot and edited content yourself — no pure desk-editing ✅ Strong understanding of Instagram trends and algorithm ✅ Working knowledge of YouTube SEO and growth levers ✅ Speed > perfection mindset ✅ Ownership and execution-driven attitude
