Note:

  • Both the profiles require a field visit to the client location.
  • MBA freshers are eligible but only in Bangalore.


Locations: (Priority - Bengaluru)

  • DC - Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, Bengaluru, Patna
  • TL - Bengaluru, Gurgaon.


Budget:

  • DC - INR 23.5k in-hand (without PF: INR 26.9k in-hand) + 1.2 lacs variable
  • TL - INR 36k in-hand (without PF: INR 39.4k in-hand) + 1.2 lacs variable


Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales targets through consultative selling, product demos, and relationship building.
  • Go on joint calls with mentees to provide live feedback and real-world guidance.
  • Track performance, share strategies, and help sales funnel management.
  • Inspire your mentees with your energy, discipline, and success stories.
  • Be the go-to person for motivation, problem-solving, and growth.


Eligibility:

  • Minimum 12th completed / Pursuing Graduation (For Team Lead - Graduation completed)
  • For DC role - minimum of of 3 to 6 months field sales experience is mandatory (B2B/B2C)
  • For TL role - minimum 2 years of field sales experience with team handling experience (B2C/B2B)
  • Background from BFSI, Telecom, Edtech, E-commerce, Real Estate, EV
