About the RoleLeighton Asia is looking for a Head of Digital Construction Services to lead our India‑based OneDCS (Digital Construction Services) team supporting projects across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the USA.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering digital engineering, BIM, project controls, planning, and shared services to large, complex construction projects while driving operational excellence, compliance, and innovation.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage multidisciplinary digital construction service teams (BIM, Digital Engineering, Planning, Project Controls)
- Oversee regional service delivery for live projects and pre‑contract teams
- Drive standards, governance, quality management, and digital best practices
- Partner with senior stakeholders across projects and operating companies
- Manage resource planning, forecasting, and service performance
- Support business growth, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing technical and managerial talent
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Built Environment
- 10+ years experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering services
- Strong background in Digital Construction, BIM, Project Controls, or Planning
- Proven experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end project lifecycle (pre‑contract to delivery)
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and governance skills
- Regional or multi‑project exposure preferred
