Position: WhatsApp & Telecom Community Builder
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Your Mission:
Build and scale one of the strongest global communities in the Telecom, Travel, eSIM, and Connectivity ecosystem.
You won't simply manage WhatsApp groups—you'll build an active ecosystem where telecom operators, travel agencies, distributors, developers, API partners, MVNOs, resellers, and industry professionals connect, collaborate, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage professional WhatsApp Communities for telecom and travel professionals.
- Grow communities organically by onboarding relevant members from LinkedIn, industry events, and partner networks.
- Create meaningful discussions, polls, announcements, and engagement campaigns.
- Moderate conversations to maintain a professional and valuable environment.
- Build niche communities for:
- Travel Agencies
- Telecom Operators
- MVNO Partners
- API Developers
- White-label Partners
- Student Consultancies
- Corporate Mobility Partners
- Coordinate webinars, product launches, networking sessions, and partner events.
- Collect community feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Support community-led lead generation and partner acquisition initiatives.
- Develop strategies to increase member engagement, retention, and community growth.
- Collaborate with the LinkedIn Marketing and Global Partnerships teams to expand Zetexa's professional network.
