Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Digital Client Servicing Manager at Eggfirst Advertising and Digital Marketing Agency. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing customer servicing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions, and handling client accounts. The Manager will act as a liaison between the agency and its clients to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively while consistently achieving customer satisfaction with a strong focus on client-centric communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations to build and maintain long-term successful partnerships
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience and loyalty
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous experience in digital marketing or advertising is preferred
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of client accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
