We are looking for an Associate Program Manager – Digital Ad Operations who can drive campaign execution, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless operational delivery for advertising initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and client teams for smooth campaign delivery
• Monitor campaign performance, tracking, reporting, and optimization
• Handle campaign scheduling, trafficking, and operational workflows
• Maintain accurate MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets/Excel
• Ensure timely resolution of campaign or client-related operational issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and execution efficiency
• Support monetization and revenue-driven initiatives across digital platforms
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Ad Sales Coordination, or related roles
• Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows and campaign execution
• Good knowledge of reporting, tracking, and operational management
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
