Job Summary
We are seeking a
Campaign Manager to drive pipeline growth through performance-driven digital marketing initiatives. This role will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across paid channels, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and contributing directly to revenue.The ideal candidate brings expertise in

Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads
- Develop targeted campaign strategies aligned to key segments:
- PCPs
- Specialists (e.g., Nephrology, Cardiology)
- Health systems and ACOs
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership
- Drive qualified lead generation (MQLs/SQLs) and contribute to pipeline growth
- Own key performance metrics:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion rates
- Campaign ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and scale
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Build and optimize end-to-end campaign funnels:
- Ad → Landing Page → Conversion → Nurture
- Work on landing page strategy and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Implement and scale retargeting campaigns across channels
- Audience Targeting & ABM
- Define and refine high-value audience segments
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for enterprise and large provider groups
- Leverage firmographic and behavioral data for precision targeting
- Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- HubSpot (or CRM/marketing automation tools)
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve:
- Lead quality
- Engagement
- Conversion rates
- Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards
- Content & Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to develop:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Campaign messaging
- Ensure all content is conversion-focused and aligned with campaign goals
- Continuous Optimization & Experimentation
- Run A/B tests across:
- Ad creatives
- Messaging
- Landing pages
- Targeting strategies
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and healthcare compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or content management, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
- Proven experience driving marketing growth through content and digital channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and inbound marketing principles.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare topics.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with US healthcare industry, digital health products, or care management solutions is a plus.
