Position Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital and Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital growth for our TOEFL and GRE business across South Asia, including India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh. The role will collaborate closely with the South Asia Marketing Head and the global growth marketing team to identify regional insights, drive localized campaigns, and scale high-performing digital partnerships that support our traffic, acquisition, and conversion goals.
This is a high-impact role blending local market intelligence with global execution excellence to grow brand visibility, optimize demand generation, and strengthen our digital ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities
Regional Strategy and Insights
- Develop and execute regional digital and growth marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives for South Asia.
- Analyze market trends, user personas, and audience behavior across countries and states to provide actionable insights to global teams.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities in each sub-market based on performance potential and local nuances.
Global Collaboration and Execution Support
- Work closely with the global digital acquisition team to optimize ad platform performance by feeding in market-specific insights (audience, messaging, creative context).
- Provide data-backed recommendations on campaign optimization, creative testing, and landing page localization for each key market.
- Collaborate with central teams on experimentation, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization to enhance ROI.
Digital Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic digital partnerships with platforms such as study abroad websites, education portals, college search platforms, and test-prep aggregators.
- Develop partnership roadmaps and performance metrics to scale acquisition and brand presence through third-party digital ecosystems.
- Track and optimize partner performance through data analytics, A/B testing, and structured reporting.
Measurement and Reporting
- Establish KPIs for all regional initiatives and track their impact on key growth metrics (traffic, conversion, cost per lead, LTV).
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment with the global measurement framework and data strategy.
Education And Experience
- 6+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in a B2C and preferably education technology environment.
- Experience across markets in South Asia with a strong understanding of local digital channels, audience behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
