We are seeking a Digital and Brand-Assistant Manager (Digital & Design) to own and elevate the brand presence across all online marketplaces. (Amazon, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, AJIO etc.). You will serve as the primary brand custodian, ensuring that our marketplace presence is not just functional, but aspirational and strictly aligned with global brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will combine brand thinking, creative direction, and digital understanding to ensure that every consumer touchpoint reflects the true essence, premium positioning, and global standards of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, guardrails, and visual standards.
- Own and safeguard the brand’s identity across all marketplaces.
- Lead a team of graphic designers to produce "best-in-class" A+ Content, Brand Store visuals, and high-impact display banners that stop the scroll.
- Bring a strong understanding of social media trends, consumer behaviour, and design aesthetics.
- Work closely with graphic designers to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Translate global brand campaigns into marketplace-relevant creatives.
- Audit platform content regularly to prevent brand abuse, inconsistency, or misrepresentation
- Lead creative planning for product launches, sales event and brand seasonal stories.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives aligned with platform requirements.
- Constantly explore new marketplace features (Live Stream, Video Ads, Interactive Stores) e.t.c) to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years in Brand Management or Digital Marketing, ideally with a focus on lifestyle, sports, or premium consumer brands.
- MBA from a good college.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics. While you don't need to be a designer, you must be able to give precise, professional feedback to designers on typography, color theory, and layout.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills to navigate the requirements of a global brand.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing / digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
- Experience working with marketplaces or e-commerce brands
- Hands-on experience working with design teams or agencies
Must to Have
- Experience working with global brands or experience in a digital agency handling global brand as client
- Experience with AI to generate digital content
- Exposure tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exposure to social media marketing and content strategy.
