Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital and Affiliate Specialist. The selected candidate will develop and implement digital strategies to grow online presence, manage affiliate programs, analyze data to inform performance improvements, and oversee key digital marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams, optimizing campaigns, managing digital projects, and maintaining strong communication with affiliate partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to design, execute, and optimize online campaigns
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data and derive actionable insights
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with internal teams, stakeholders, and affiliate partners
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and prioritize multiple digital initiatives
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in promoting social causes or working in mission-driven organizations is an advantage
