Job Description:
Having technical experience with tools like Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Data Studio, and Adobe Analytics positions you well for effectively implementing and utilizing digital analytics in your projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop A/B tests to communicate conversion rate optimization opportunities on websites.
2. Ability to perform end-to-end implementation of digital analytics accounts through the development and maintenance of analytics solution documentation, project and resource planning.
3. Ability to create advanced levels of reporting on business intelligence platforms like Google Data Studio.
4. Oversee the development of analytics documentation outlining tracking solutions.
5. Perform sanity checks on analytics accounts in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and equivalent Tag Management environments with an ability to spot discrepancies and suggest optimization feedback.
6. Ability to drive conversations with clients in terms of advocating best practices around implementation of digital analytics structure.
7. Ability to determine key insights from data analysis to meet client and business objective.
8. Work with multiple international clients in a dynamic role that requires multitasking on various projects and deliverables.
9. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
10. Hands on experience across the Google Marketing Platform and Adobe tool stack for analytics and A/B testing.
11. Business intelligence platforms like Google Data Studio.
12. Strong statistical knowledge and logistical reasoning.
13. Strong project management skills leading in a multi-project/multi-client ecosystem.
14. Ability to work in a cross functional and dynamic role with multi-tasking skills.
15. Fluent in English with strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
16. Attention to detail.
17. A can-do attitude with a for learning new things.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing Analytics.
2. Have hands on knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Optimize.
3. Strong industry experience in Web Analytics tools.
4. Strong understanding of advanced digital tracking, and the use of pixels.
5. Strong experience with analytics implementation using tag management tools.
6. Understanding of tag audits, significance of TAG QA, placement of tags.
7. Knowledge of tracking methods such as pushing data layer and custom JavaScript to GoogleTag Manager.
8. Experience working with tagging technologies (Like GTM, Adobe DTM, Tealium, or Ensighten) is required.
9. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript is cherry on the cake.
10. Self-starter, with a positive can-do attitude.
11. Experience of working autonomously and in a team, managing own workload with competing demands and tight deadlines, yet still delivering to high standards.
12. Naturally organised and calm under pressure.
13. Strong technical understanding of digital technologies and the ability to translate strategies to a non-technical audience.
14. Accuracy and attention to detail.
15. Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas both written and verbal.
