About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Google & Meta Ads Expert to plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network). You'll own campaign strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and reporting — driving measurable growth in leads, sales, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager end-to-end.
- Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention).
- Structure campaigns, ad sets, and ad groups for scalability and clear attribution.
Optimization & Performance
- Continuously optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to hit CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Manage negative keywords, search term reports, exclusions, and audience refinements.
Audience & Creative
- Build and refine custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting pools, and RLSA segments.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to brief high-converting ad creatives (static, carousel, video, UGC).
- Write compelling ad copy tailored to each platform and funnel stage.
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and QA conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Implement server-side tracking and offline conversion imports where relevant.
- Build dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, or similar) and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights.
Budget & Forecasting
- Manage monthly ad spend across accounts and forecast performance based on historical data.
- Allocate budget between platforms and campaigns based on incremental ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with monthly spend of $10K+.
- Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns (eCommerce, SaaS, lead gen, or local services).
- Deep expertise in Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Advantage+ Shopping, and Meta Advantage+ campaigns.
- Strong grasp of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and UTM tracking.
- Skilled in keyword research, audience building, creative testing, and landing page CRO principles.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable making decisions from data.
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
