7th Growth is a results-driven marketing agency helping clients grow through targeted paid advertising, lead generation, SEO, and creative design. We work with US-based clients and are expanding our remote team in India.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Bing Ads. You will not just run ads you will strategize, test, optimize, and report. Alongside campaign management, you will design and develop landing pages tailored to each campaign, ensuring every click has the best possible chance of converting into a lead.
This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who is self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working independently during US Eastern Time night shift hours.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Bing Ads
- Design and develop landing pages aligned to specific campaigns, with a focus on maximizing lead generation and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging are consistent with campaign goals
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing page elements and use those results to make data-backed decisions
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identify issues early, and act quickly to course-correct
- Build and deliver clear performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve ROI across all paid media channels
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices across all ad platforms
What We Are Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Bing Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics — CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and quality score
- Experience designing and optimizing landing pages with a focus on lead generation and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and how to apply findings effectively
- Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel
- Basic graphic design or UI skills using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD for landing page creation
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay accountable without close supervision
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid media strategy
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, heatmap tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity), or CRM integrations
- Prior experience working with US-based clients or in a remote agency setup
