Role Description
The Digital Ad Sales Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth by selling Worthads' digital marketing solutions. The role involves creating sales strategies, executing digital ad campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with marketing and operational teams to meet client objectives. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a blend of remote and in-office work expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales and business development, including client acquisition and relationship management
- Experience with digital advertising metrics and campaign management, including CPL , CPS CPA, CPI, CPR, and CPE models
- Strong direct Client contact and client servicing Pan India
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize results, and present data-driven insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in ad sales (especially International Sales ), digital marketing agencies, or ad networks is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape in the Indian market
