Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Brand Partnerships / Digital Sales professional to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content-led marketing, and brand collaboration strategies.
You will own the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while working closely with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities Revenue & Sales Ownership
- Drive content-led sales and revenue generation
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Own end-to-end deal closure (mandatory)
Business Development
- Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities
- Generate your own leads through networking, outreach, and industry connections
- Expand relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers
Client Engagement
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposal development
- Understand brand objectives and translate them into strategic solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored campaigns
Partnerships & Networking
- Leverage existing brand and agency relationships
- Build long-term partnerships to drive repeat business
- Stay updated on market trends in digital advertising and content
Ideal Candidate Profile - 8–15 years of experience in:
- Brand Partnerships
- Digital Sales / Ad Sales / Digital Advertising
- Agency Sales / Brand Solutions
- Strong existing network with brands and/or agencies in India
- Proven track record in revenue generation and closing deals
- Experience in content-driven or digital marketing solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to independently build and manage pipeline
Preferred Background
Candidates from the following will be highly relevant:
- Media companies or digital agencies
- Advertising networks or content platforms
- B2B brands with strong partnerships experience
