Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Digital Ad Sales professional. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, pitching digital advertising solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing client needs, providing customized ad solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of advertising campaigns. Additionally, the role requires staying updated with industry trends to drive revenue growth and deliver innovative ad strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understanding of digital advertising, media planning, and programmatic ad buying
- Ability to analyze client needs to develop and deliver customized advertising solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and the ability to maintain detailed records
- Familiarity with AI-driven and ML-based ad tech solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on collaboration
