Hiring: Digital Ad Campaign Specialist (India)
Education - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass communication, Business Administration
📍 Location: Cochin
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Ad Campaign Specialist with 5+ years of experience in paid media and performance marketing to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Manage campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and reporting
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, SEO, and CRM teams for integrated campaign execution
• Deliver data-driven insights and performance improvements across multiple campaigns
Required Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics, optimization, and reporting
• Experience with AI-powered campaign types such as Performance Max (PMax), Smart Bidding, audience signals, and automated optimization features
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred:
• Experience working with international clients
• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industry marketing
• Exposure to CRM, automation, and reporting tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Looker Studio
• Relevant certifications in digital advertising platforms are a plus
