Functional Competencies
- Expertise in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point etc)
- Verbal communication skills with fluency in Hindi as well as English, Regional Languages understanding will be an additional advantage
- Attitude towards taking ownership and commitment to deliver the responsibilities

- Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer centric activities
- Team Player / Ability to work under pressure / Over manage the Work volume

Job Responsibilities
Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude on floor
- Escalation management handling skills
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Customer Contact strategy consists of four different call types – New Account Follow Up, Call Cycle, Leads and Messages
- Market Research to develop warm leads
- Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
- Expert in TNI (Training Need Identification) and planning of related sessions
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Preparation of MIS for management.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
- Phone banking for internal queries
- Render support to branches
- Restrictions on data sharing
- Knowledge of regulatory reports
