Role Description
The Digital Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing tailored digital marketing strategies, overseeing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to deliver results-driven digital campaigns and identify opportunities for upselling and client growth. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and fostering strong client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to relay information clearly and build trust and rapport.
- Strong expertise in Digital Strategy and the ability to implement creative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Project Management skills, with the ability to efficiently lead and execute digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Analytical mindset to monitor campaign performance and report results to clients effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
