Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Account Manager located in Hyderabad. The Digital Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project deliveries, and ensure successful implementation of digital strategies. Responsibilities include developing and executing digital strategies, managing projects within deadlines, communicating effectively with clients and internal teams, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth. The role requires close monitoring of campaign performance and providing actionable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for managing client interactions and internal team collaboration
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Digital Strategies
- Experience in Sales and identifying growth opportunities
- Solid Project Management skills to ensure timely and successful deliverables
- Ability to analyze performance data and provide insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in digital consulting or account management is a plus
