Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage and grow long-term relationships with Australian and USA-based clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing deeply, can lead client communication confidently, and has hands-on expertise across paid media, SEO, and web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships across international markets
- Lead onboarding, strategy planning, and account growth initiatives
- Manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Web Development Projects
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value
- Ensure high client retention through proactive communication and support
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients
What We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Account Management
- Customer Success
- Digital Marketing
- Experience managing 25+ active client accounts
- Strong exposure to Australian and USA clients
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Website Projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
