About the Role
Revigro Marketing is looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and coordinate client accounts for ongoing digital marketing activities.
This role is strictly focused on client servicing, account handling, coordination, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client business goals, brand positioning, and marketing requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Design for smooth execution of campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, updates, approvals, and feedback.
- Handle complete account coordination from onboarding to campaign execution and reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks, campaigns, creatives, and marketing activities.
- Schedule and conduct regular client review meetings and performance discussions.
- Share campaign updates, reports, and ongoing activity status with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining timelines and coordination.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Client Servicing / Account Management.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing services including: Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branding & Creative Coordination
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
