Software Engineer – Intern

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the development team on designing and building software applications. - Assist in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Participate in code reviews and integrate feedback. - Troubleshoot software issues and propose practical solutions. - Contribute to technical documentation and user guides. - Stay updated on the latest tools, languages, and frameworks. - Engage in team meetings and discussions for project planning. - Support in testing and quality assurance activities. - Follow agile development practices and timelines. - Participate in peer programming sessions when required. - Learn and apply version control tools such as Git. - Contribute to feature enhancements and bug fixes. - Maintain coding standards and follow best practices. - Adapt to evolving project requirements. - Receive mentorship and training throughout the internship. Required Skills and Knowledge: - Basic understanding of Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript - Familiarity with software development methodologies - Knowledge of tools like Git and Agile project management - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Willingness to learn and explore new technologies Preferred Skills: - Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) - Understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems - Familiarity with version control practices using Git - Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies
