Power BI Developer

We are looking for a Power BI Developer who can independently design, develop, and implement interactive and insightful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in transforming raw data into meaningful visual stories and should be able to understand business needs, define logic, and work autonomously. Key Responsibilities Work independently to design and build Power BI dashboards from scratch Understand business requirements and translate them into data models and DAX logic Develop insightful, interactive, and user-friendly reports and dashboards Connect, import, and transform data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) Write and optimize DAX queries for calculated columns and measures Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and quality Identify data gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and design logical solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and improve visualizations and KPIs Required Skills and Experience 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI Strong understanding of Power Query, DAX, and data modeling concepts Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience working with SQL databases and APIs Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking Strong communication skills to interact with business users and explain data insights Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) Familiarity with RLS (Row-Level Security) and deployment pipelines Exposure to business domains like finance, retail, or operations is a plus
