About the role

Hands on experience in packaging development in sterile dosage forms on regulated market
Responsible for identifying project requirements and request for indenting, monitoring receipt, consumption of Packing materials, consumables etc.
Prepare SOPs for new equipment and procedures & Review of SOP for mandatory revision.
Carry out literature survey, packaging development study during product development; Plan & perform experiments if required..
Preparation of MPR, Specifications, STP and relevant departmental documents.
Any task to be fulfilled as requested by HOD in area of concern.
Responsible for Threshhold analysis report of packaging materials of sterile dosage forms.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to support product development by QbD concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and achieve goals.
To ensure project documents to be as per requirement of QMS.
Follow company policies and conduct work according to appropriate Frontage SOPs and comply with cGMP/GLP guidelines
Review of BPR.
Packaging development trial planning and execution for global market.
Evaluate and qualify new equipment as required.
Participate in technical review meetings as required.
