Frappe and ERPNext Developer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Frappe Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and customizing solutions using the Frappe Framework/ERPNext, developing custom apps, integrating external systems, and enhancing core ERP functionalities. This role requires a mix of Python backend development, client-side scripting, and a strong understanding of business processes. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain custom apps using Frappe Framework · Customize and configure ERPNext modules based on business requirements · Create and manage Doctypes, Workflows, Roles, and Permissions · Write server-side scripts in Python and client-side scripts in JavaScript · Develop REST API integrations with third-party applications · Build reports, dashboards, and custom print formats using Jinja templates · Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, QA, and clients · Manage codebase using Git and deploy using Bench CLI · Maintain documentation of customizations and development processes What we're looking for: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) · Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and/or ERPNext · Proficiency in Python and JavaScript · Strong understanding of SQL / MariaDB · Experience with Bench CLI, custom app creation, and deployment · Good knowledge of business workflows (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.) · Ability to work with Git and follow version control practices · Experience with Docker, Nginx, and production deployments · Knowledge of ReactJS, REST APIs, or third-party integrations
