Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Lead (Dietitian), based in Mumbai. The Project Lead will coordinate and oversee various project aspects, including expediting activities, managing logistics, and performing inspections related to healthcare services. Responsibilities include ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and managing project timelines and resources efficiently. The role also involves aligning objectives with organizational goals to deliver successful healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Strategic Planning
· Develop and implement nutrition program strategies based on community needs assessments.
· Prepare project proposals, implementation plans, and execution frameworks.
· Identify nutritional gaps and develop intervention strategies.
2. Operational Oversight
· Manage day-to-day field operations of nutrition programs.
· Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and budgets.
· Coordinate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
· Maintain project documentation and compliance with organizational policies.
3. Clinical Supervision
· Provide technical guidance and support to nutritionists, dietitians, and community health workers.
· Monitor clinical service delivery and ensure adherence to best practices.
· Conduct training sessions and skill development programs for field staff.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation
· Track and evaluate program performance using data-driven metrics.
· Analyze anthropometric and epidemiological data to assess program effectiveness.
· Prepare periodic reports and recommend improvements based on field observations.
· Ensure adherence to clinical and program quality standards.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Public Health.
· Certification: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification preferred / mandatory (as per requirement).
· Experience: Relevant experience in nutrition program management, public health, or community healthcare projects.
