Company Description FITLY DIET CLINIC is a clinical diet practice focused on providing holistic solutions for a wide range of health concerns. The team works closely with clients to guide them through dietary changes, behavior modification, and ongoing monitoring to improve overall well-being.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dietitian role based at FITLY DIET CLINIC in Ludhiana. The Dietitian will assess clients’ medical histories, lifestyle, and dietary patterns to develop individualized nutrition plans for conditions such as obesity, diabetes, renal disease, gut disorders, thyroid imbalances, PCOS/PCOD, infertility, and hormonal issues. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, providing nutritional counseling, monitoring progress, and adjusting meal plans based on clinical outcomes and client feedback. The role also involves documenting case notes, collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed, delivering client education on nutrition and lifestyle, and contributing to clinic programs, workshops, or group sessions. The Dietitian is expected to maintain high standards of ethical practice, client confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply scientific principles to individual client needs.
- Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including motivational interviewing and behavior change support for diverse health conditions.
- Experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy for metabolic, endocrine, renal, and gastrointestinal disorders.
- Skills in Weight Management, including designing sustainable meal plans and lifestyle interventions.
- Relevant academic qualification in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred).
- Registration or licensure as a dietitian/nutrition professional, where applicable.
- Ability to interpret medical reports and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a client-centered and non-judgmental approach.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple consultations and follow-ups efficiently.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, evidence-based practice, and maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.
