Company Description
Aevum Polyclinic is seeking a compassionate, proactive, and highly organized Clinical Dietitian to serve as the primary on-site nutrition coordinator in Hyderabad. The role focuses on implementing individualized nutrition plans, supporting client accountability and behavior change, and coordinating care with the U.S.-based Chief Dietitian.
This is a client-facing position centered on preventive health, sustainable habits, and long-term wellness—not short-term dieting.
Key responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the program.
· Coordinate scheduling and communication with the U.S.-based Chief Dietitian.
· Conduct follow-ups to monitor adherence, answer questions, and sustain engagement.
· Identify barriers to progress and escalate clinical concerns to the care team as needed.
· Coach clients on implementing personalized recommendations using evidence-based nutrition and culturally relevant Indian dietary practices.
· Provide guidance on diabetes prevention, weight optimization, cardiovascular health, healthy aging, women’s health, and sustainable eating habits.
· Monitor progress, lifestyle habits, and adherence to nutrition plans.
· Track relevant health markers and maintain clear, accurate documentation.
· Educate clients on preventive care and long-term lifestyle strategies.
· Coordinate physician referrals, lab completion reminders, and follow-up appointments.
· Support wellness workshops, educational seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications (required)
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in clinical nutrition and/or wellness nutrition.
· Strong understanding of preventive nutrition, metabolic health, diabetes prevention, and Indian dietary patterns.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational skills and comfort with telehealth and digital communication.
Qualifications (preferred)
· Registered Dietitian (RD – India) credential.
· Experience in diabetes care, metabolic health, preventive care, and/or lifestyle medicine.
· Familiarity with interpreting nutrition-related laboratory results.
· Proficiency in English and Telugu and/or Hindi.
