You’ll work directly with our team, receiving the mentorship and industry knowledge needed to become a top-tier project leader in the branding and signage space. This position ensures that daily office operations run smoothly and that project deliverables remain on schedule. <strong>What You’ll Do:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Architect the Client Journey:</strong> Manage all project efforts, ensuring clients are informed and delighted at every milestone. </li>
<li>
<strong>Drive Execution:</strong> Coordinate with our production and purchasing teams to source components and keep schedules on track. </li>
<li>
<strong>Navigate Complexity:</strong> Manage municipal permitting and technical requirements to ensure every project is compliant and perfect.</li>
<li>
<strong>Client Relationship Management: </strong>Ensure all company contacts and client interactions are accurately recorded and updated within our customer relationship management system<strong>.</strong>

<li>
<strong>Proposal Generation: </strong>Prepare and send detailed project proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in scope and pricing.</li>
<li>
<strong>Fuel Growth:</strong> Identify opportunities to expand our impact within existing client accounts. </li>

<li>Proficiency with CRM software.</li>

<li>Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with municipal permitting processes is an advantage.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools<strong>.</strong>
