Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor role located in Hyderabad. The Client Advisor will welcome and engage clients, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations on diamond and fashion jewelry. Daily responsibilities include showcasing collections, explaining product features and lab-grown diamond benefits, and supporting clients throughout the purchase.
The role also involves maintaining store displays, coordinating with the design and production teams on client feedback or custom requests.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Jewelry to effectively understand product details and advise clients on style and customization options.
- Should undertand pricing, quotation and order processing through use of CRM and related softwares.
- Should possess strong Customer Service skills to create positive client experiences, build relationships, and support clients through the sales and after-sales process.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent communication skills, fluency in English and local languages, attention to detail, and prior experience in luxury or jewelry retail.
- A background in retail, fashion, or design, and familiarity with lab-grown diamonds or fine jewelry is an advantage.
