Role Description
We are seeking a Diamond Jewellery Sales Executive for a full-time on-site position located in Rohini Sector 7, New Delhi. The Sales Executive will manage daily showroom activities, assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery, provide excellent customer service, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires understanding customer preferences, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining a deep knowledge of diamond and jewellery offerings. The position also involves helping maintain showroom displays and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- In-depth Knowledge about Diamond and Diamond Jewellery
- Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Ability to provide training and guidance to customers on product features
- Understanding of Polishing and jewellery maintenance techniques is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in retail or diamond jewellery sales is preferred
- A passion for jewellery and a customer-oriented mindset
