Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diamond Grader, located in Mumbai. The Diamond Grader will be responsible for examining and evaluating diamonds using specialized equipment such as microscopes and assessing quality according to established grading standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating to maintain quality control, ensuring accuracy in evaluations, and supporting jewelry design-related tasks when necessary. The role may also involve participating in training activities to enhance skills and maintain industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using microscopes and other specialized tools for diamond and gemstone evaluation
- Strong laboratory skills and experience in quality control practices
- Familiarity with jewelry design processes and techniques
- Experience or interest in participating in training programs for skill enhancement
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under supervision
- Relevant certifications or education in gemology, diamond grading, or related fields are highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
