oking for an experienced Senior Grader to join our certification lab team at our new Chennai (T Nagar) centre. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in diamond and gemstone grading, hands-on experience with lab tools and procedures, and the ability to mentor junior graders while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in certification reporting.
🎓 Qualifications
🔹 Academic Qualification: B.Sc (preferred)
🔹 Professional Qualification: Graduate Gemologist (GG), Diploma in Diamond Grading (DG)
🔹 Experience: 5+ years in diamond/gemstone grading</p>

✅ Hands-on experience with grading tools & lab procedures
✅ Attention to detail and accuracy in certification reports
✅ Ability to work independently and mentor junior graders</p>

🔹 Grade diamonds and gemstones as per established international standards
🔹 Operate and maintain gemmological lab instruments
🔹 Prepare and verify accurate certification reports
🔹 Ensure strict adherence to NABL quality protocols and internal SOPs
🔹 Mentor and guide junior graders/trainees
🔹 Maintain lab discipline, confidentiality, and data integrity
🔹 Coordinate with the reporting/QA team for quality checks</p>
