Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dialysis Technician at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital located in Pune City. Responsibilities include setting up and operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patients during dialysis sessions, and performing regular maintenance on machinery. The role requires collaboration with medical staff to ensure patient safety and comfort, educating patients about procedures, and adhering to necessary protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of operating and maintaining dialysis equipment and understanding of dialysis procedures
- Familiarity with patient monitoring practices and the ability to promptly address any complications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide patients through treatments and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adherence to regulatory standards and safety protocols
- Certification or diploma in Dialysis Technology or related field; prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
