Location: Sector 65, Noida
Job Summary:We are looking for a Dialler Executive to manage and optimize outbound calling systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling dialer operations, campaign management, data uploading, and ensuring smooth calling processes for the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and operate dialer systems (predictive, preview, and manual dialers)
- Upload, clean, and maintain calling data
- Create and manage outbound/inbound calling campaigns
- Monitor dialer performance and generate reports
- Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and coordinate with IT if required
- Ensure proper allocation of data to agents
- Maintain call logs and campaign performance records
- Optimize dialer settings to improve productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with operations and quality teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduation in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in dialer management or similar role (BPO preferred)
- Basic knowledge of dialer systems (Ameyo, Vicidial, or similar)
- Good understanding of Excel and data handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience in BPO/Call Center environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Salary:As per industry standards
Working Hours:Day Shift / Rotational (as per business requirement)
