The Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) within Employee Experience is pivotal in leading and maximising data through harvesting, storage, reporting, and data visualization. By providing actionable insights through dashboards and visual reports, the team enables data-driven decision-making across the function.The Reporting Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making through predictive and prescriptive analytics, data visualization, dashboards, and metrics using tools like Power BI and programming languages like SQL and Python. They will deliver actionable insights and provide high-quality service to customers.Role Responsibilities:- Data Insights & Visualization: Use Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and reports that offer deep business insights.- Advanced Data Reporting: Deliver customized, ad-hoc, and standard reports with in-depth analysis.- Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain and refine HR data tools and dashboards.- Customer-Centric Solutions: Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues with a focus on accuracy and proactive solutions.- Customer Engagement: Share data-driven insights with senior customers globally.- Continuous Improvement: Embed smart solutions for improving reporting processes and data accuracy.- High-Quality Service Delivery: Meet/exceed SLAs on data accuracy, query resolution speed, and customer satisfaction.- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis and visualization to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.- Innovation in Reporting: Proactively suggest improvements in report accuracy and usability.- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with global markets and customers.Flexibility is key to our success.
