As our first full-time marketing hire, you will lead content, community, and growth marketing efforts from the ground up. Your work will directly influence the public launch and shape how thousands of women discover, connect with, and fall in love with Diadia. Key Responsibilities Build and execute Diadia's community strategy from 0 to 1 — from designing the community experience to creating new campaigns that add value and drive engagement Identify and activate community evangelists — from identifying UGC opportunities within our community, and collaborating with our advocates in a way that brings their content to life while adhering to our brand values Ideate and rollout of community campaigns — that spark user-generated content and evangelize the brand, such as events, AMAs, webinars, contests, and other interactive formats that increase retention and brand love Design and own lifecycle email campaigns for our community — from strategy to execution that educate, convert, and grow engagement Manage social media channels — with a focus on developing content that builds community, adds value, and stands out on the algorithm. You'll have resources (tools, contractors, designers) to help scale Run our program of celebrity and doctor influencer — managing relationships, nurturing partnerships, and helping them evangelize the Diadia mission to their audiences Collaborate with product and engineering — to translate community insights into product opportunities
