Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative DI Colorist with 5+ years of experience in color grading and finishing. The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic eye, technical expertise, and the ability to enhance visual storytelling through color.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality color grading for films, OTT content, commercials, and digital media
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to achieve the desired visual tone and style
- Ensure consistency in color across all shots and sequences
- Handle conforming, color correction, and final output delivery
- Work with RAW formats, LUTs, and color pipelines
- Maintain project timelines and meet delivery deadlines
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to color workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a DI Colorist in film/media industry
- Strong proficiency in tools like DaVinci Resolve, Baselight, or similar color grading software
- Good understanding of color theory, scopes, HDR workflows, and color spaces
- Experience working on OTT platforms, films, or ad films
- Knowledge of post-production workflows and file formats
- Strong attention to detail and creative mindset
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling 4K/8K workflows
- Familiarity with VFX pipeline and finishing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
