Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at DHL Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembly or dismantling within the automobile industry, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and dismantle tractors and associated components according to specifications. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure targets are met. Conduct quality checks on assembled units to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the workplace. Participate in training and development programs as required. Qualifications: Proven experience in assembling and dismantling tractors or similar machinery. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in the assembly process. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
