About the Graduate Trainee Program: The Graduate Trainee Program in Operations is designed to equip recent undergraduates with a strong foundational understanding of logistics operations. This one-year internship will immerse trainees in key operational functions and customer service roles within the air and ocean freight divisions. Key Responsibilities: Support and manage operational processes in Air Freight or Ocean Freight Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless logistics execution. Assist in daily documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving customer queries. Engage in real-time projects under the guidance of experienced industry professionals.
