Associate – Finance (ICO)

DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join its Finance – Intercompany (IC) team at the Global Service Centre (GSC) in Chennai. This role involves managing intercompany financial processes, including invoice issuing, receiving, posting, and accounts matching. Candidates will gain experience in a truly international organization while working with stakeholders across the globe. Key Responsibilities Understand the documentation requirements of stations/countries and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Execute intercompany financial tasks such as invoice issuing, receiving, posting, and account reconciliation. Meet department SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per agreed delivery guidelines. Maintain high service quality through timely and accurate task completion. Collaborate with business partners to identify solutions, best practices, and service improvements. Flag operational challenges to the immediate supervisor and relevant stakeholders promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information. Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms for efficient financial processing. Ensure a high level of customer centricity and responsiveness in all financial transactions. Participate in continuous learning initiatives to improve domain knowledge and efficiency. Required Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in MS Office applications Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Experience with ERP platforms is a plus Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Spanish or Mandarin language skills (preferred for BOG & CTU locations)
