</ul><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking a dynamic <strong>Property Manager </strong>to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. <br><strong>Responsibilities </strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Advertise vacant properties</li>
<li>Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities</li>
<li>Hold open houses</li>
<li>Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references</li>
<li>Accept rental payments and provide receipts</li>
<li>Respond to tenant inquiries</li>
<li>Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends</li>
<li>Negotiate leasing terms and close deals</li>
<li>Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs</li>
<li>Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned</li>
<li>Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Proven working experience in property management</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Property Management or Real Estate License preferred</li>
<li>Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices</li>
<li>Up-to-date on the local real estate market</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills</li>
<li>Experience with property management software preferred</li>
</ul>
