Experience
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil projects (industrial, plant, infra).
- Minimum 5–7 years in a leadership/departmental head role.
- Proven experience in project execution, contract management, and site development.
Technical Competencies
- Expertise in civil & structural design, RCC & steel structures.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, safety norms.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project/AutoCAD).
- Familiar with tendering, vendor management, and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, environmental norms, and local regulations.
