Description
- Lead relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Drive end-to-end debt fundraising, refinancing, and documentation
- Prepare CMA data, financial projections, and lender presentations
- Coordinate lender due diligence and manage credit approval processes
- Work closely with finance, legal, and business teams for funding requirements
- Engage with credit rating agencies and support rating processes
- Support optimization of working capital and liquidity management
- Act as the primary interface for lender-related discussions
Profile
- Strong experience in corporate-side debt management and fundraising
- Proven ability to manage banking relationships independently
- Hands-on experience with loan documentation, sanctions, and drawdowns
- Understanding of credit processes, debt structuring, and lender expectations
- Background in logistics, manufacturing, EPC, energy, infrastructure, or similar sectors preferred
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, execution-focused environment
