JOB SUMMARY
Rewards Manager to be part of Rewards Center of Excellence. As part of the team and Individual contributor s/he will design, govern and execute key reward programs across the organization, with a strong focus on LTIPs/ STIP, benefits, policy and core rewards processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
LTI/ Equity plans
• Design & manage LTI programs (ESOPs, RSUs, PSUs, phantom) aligned with business goals & shareholder value creation. Manage LTI cycles: grant design, valuation, communication, vesting, and payouts
• Develop performance-linked frameworks using KPIs
• Partner with finance and leadership on equity dilution, cost modelling
Total Rewards Philosophy, Program and Policy Design
• Define and embed Total Rewards Philosophy in collaboration with Leadership & HR
• Design competitive and scalable HR/ Rewards Framework and Policy that align with business needs and market benchmarks
• Regular policy governance, audits and market reviews to maintain competitiveness and cost control
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and data governance across all reward processes
• Drive policy simplification and clarity to enhance employee understanding
• Create Inclusive rewards for attracting, engaging and retaining a diverse workforce
Core Rewards Programs
• Annual salary review processes, including market benchmarking, budget modelling, guidelines, pay ranges, and governance controls.
• Incentive design (short-term), reward frameworks, and policy enhancements.
• Work closely with other CoEs, HR Operations and HR BPs to ensure smooth process execution
Analytics, Insights & Governance
• Build strong analytical models, dashboards, and insights to guide reward decisions and business planning
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and strategic depth
• Partner with HR Tech teams to implement and optimize reward platforms
• Leverage predictive analytics for workforce and reward planning
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
• 5 To 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, with specific exposure to above areas
• MBA from Tier 1/2 campus
• Experience in multinational organizations and Rewards Consulting preferred
• Numeracy and Financial Modelling
• Advanced skills in data analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
• Communication skills—able to simplify complex reward concepts
Desired:
Industry experience – R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering
Understanding of Global Job levelling framework and prevalent models in the market
ROLE SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
Rewards CoE role with strong design thinking, solution orientation, business understanding, analytical capabilities and partnering skills
