Role Description
- Lead overall project planning and execution
- Prepare & review project schedules, timelines and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress against milestones, budget and quality parameters
- Lead all engineering and construction activities at site
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety & quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Manage project budgeting, cost control and cost-saving initiatives
- Review contractor bills, variation claims and BOQ compliance
- Drive quality control, safety protocols and statutory compliance
- Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants & authorities
- Resolve site issues and disputes
- Prepare MIS reports and highlight project risks with mitigation plans
- Conduct regular project review meetings with senior management
Required Skills:
- Experience: 20+ years, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience handling large-scale residential and commercial projects, preferably with recent exposure to tall buildings / high-rise projects exceeding 100 meters in height
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Location: Ahmedabad
