Job Description
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Implement and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for accounting operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance - CA only
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in handling general ledger activities in the automotive industry or a similar sector.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in work.
